Email & Mail Server Support

Email & Mail Server Support for Small Business

Most email problems are invisible until a client tells you your message landed in their spam folder — or never arrived at all. Usually the real cause is one of two things: an aging mail server nobody's maintained in years, or a set of DNS records (the technical settings that prove an email really came from you) that were configured once, never revisited, and no longer match what's actually sending mail on your behalf. JLD‑LTS fixes both, and keeps them working as your business changes.

What's included

What's included

Ongoing management, not a one-time fix — the same handful of things kept correct as your setup changes.

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup — the records that prove your email is really from you, kept correct as you add new tools that send mail on your behalf.
  • Spam blacklist recovery — getting a flagged domain off blacklists and fixing whatever actually caused it.
  • Migration to hosted email — moving off an aging in-house mail server to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon WorkMail, or Zoho Mail, without losing your history or interrupting your team.
  • Self-hosted mail support — for businesses that want to keep running their own server, kept patched and configured correctly.

Scope

Not a marketing email tool

This is about your business's own email working correctly — sending and receiving. If you need to send newsletters or bulk marketing email, that's a different kind of tool entirely (Mailchimp and similar). We'll make sure it's set up correctly under your domain so it doesn't hurt your deliverability, but we won't run your campaigns for you.

Why it matters

Why this matters for a small business specifically

You don't have a mail administrator. Nobody notices when a new tool starts sending email under your domain without ever being added to your records — quietly pushing legitimate mail into spam. Nobody notices your server's been on a blacklist for three weeks until a client mentions it. That's the actual job: catching it before a client has to tell you.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I know if this is even happening to me?

Send any email to email@checkauth.jldlts.com — we'll check your domain's setup for free and follow up with what we find. No form, no signup.

Do you support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another platform?

Yes — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon WorkMail, Zoho Mail, and self-hosted Postfix/Dovecot setups.

What happens if my IT consultant becomes unavailable?

Every change gets documented in a shared file you own, not kept in one person's head. If JLD‑LTS is ever unreachable, your business isn't stranded.

How much does this cost?

Quoted as a fixed scope before any work starts. The first call to talk through what you're currently running is free.

Ready to talk through your setup?

Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to tell you whether this is a fit.
